    基本情况

    朱东建,副教授,博士,19836月出生,20147月毕业于中国科学院大学(中国科学院化学研究所)有机化学专业,现任食品与生物工程学院副院长。

    食品质量安全快速检测技术,化学基础与分析技术,食品掺伪鉴别检验

    主要研究领域

    分子荧光探针;食品活性成分与有害成分的检测分析。
