基本情况

朱东建，副教授，博士，1983年6月出生，2014年7月毕业于中国科学院大学（中国科学院化学研究所）有机化学专业，现任食品与生物工程学院副院长。

近年来主要讲授的课程

食品质量安全快速检测技术，化学基础与分析技术，食品掺伪鉴别检验

主要研究领域

分子荧光探针；食品活性成分与有害成分的检测分析。

近年来主持的科研项目

1.基于半花菁的新型比率荧光探针的构建及其线粒体靶向成像研究，国家自然科学基金地区科学基金项目，21765008。

2.新型香豆素骨架的构建及其近红外比率荧光探针的设计、合成与细胞成像研究，广西自然科学基金重点项目，2019GXNSFDA185003。

3.新型近红外比率荧光探针的构建及其对农产品中重金属的分析研究，广西自然科学基金面上项目，2018GXNSFAA281166。

4.基于半花菁的线粒体比率荧光探针的构建及其可视化成像研究，广西自然科学基金青年基金项目，2017GXNSFBA198178。

5.测定农产品重金属的高灵敏高稳定性SERS基底筛选，广西中青年教师基础能力提升项目，KY2016YB452。
